This Privacy Policy explains what information brAInmark Consulting ("we," "us," "our") collects in connection with the AdVault Chrome extension and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: the ad data you capture never touches our servers, and we collect only what we need to sell you the Product, deliver your license, and support you.
When you use AdVault to save an ad from the Facebook Ad Library, that information travels directly from your browser into a Google Sheet in your own Google account. We do not receive it, store it, see it, or process it on any server we operate. Your swipe file belongs to you.
AdVault does not ask you to sign in with Google and never has access to your Google account. Instead, you connect your own Google Sheet using a small Apps Script provided inside the extension's Settings: you paste it into your Sheet, deploy it as a Web App under your own Google account, and give the resulting webhook URL to the extension. That webhook URL is stored locally in your browser, and captured ad data is sent directly from your browser to it. We never receive your Google credentials, any tokens, or your webhook URL.
When you purchase AdVault, our payment platform JVZoo processes your payment and shares basic order information with us: your name, email address, and transaction details. We use this to generate your license key, email it to you, verify your license when the extension activates, and provide support. License records (your email, transaction ID, and license key) are stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not track your browsing activity, and the extension does not collect analytics about the ads you view or save.
Payments are handled entirely by JVZoo. We never see or store your full credit card number. JVZoo's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
We use a small number of service providers to run the Product: JVZoo for payments, Supabase for license storage and validation, and our website hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
We send transactional emails, such as your purchase receipt and license key. If we ever send marketing email, it will include a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing will not affect your license or support.
We keep license records for as long as your license is active, which is the life of the Product, so that we can verify your license and re-send your key if you lose it. Support emails are kept as long as reasonably needed to provide support and maintain records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor requests consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), the EU and UK GDPR where applicable, and other applicable laws. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getvideolock.com. Note that deleting your license record will disable license verification for your copy of the Product.
We are based in Ontario, Canada, and our service providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
AdVault is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal information we hold, including access controls on our license database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date at the top of this page.
